Privacy Policy

Effective: September 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Interface Networld Software Corporation ("Interface Networld," "we," "us," or "our") may collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use InterfaceNetworld.com and related Interface Networld websites, applications, APIs, account services, cloud features, creator tools, and connected services that link to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on the services you use, we may collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the services, and information from systems or service providers that help us operate the platform.

  • Account information: name or display name, username, email address, account identifiers, authentication information, and profile settings.
  • Content and project data: prompts, text, images, video, audio, 2D or 3D assets, project files, metadata, generated content, and other material you choose to upload or create.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, timestamps, diagnostic events, security logs, API activity, and approximate network-derived location such as country or region.
  • Usage information: pages or features used, interactions, service configuration, performance data, and feature preferences.
  • Communications: messages, support requests, feedback, and other communications you send to us.
  • Transaction information: if paid services are offered, purchase, subscription, billing status, and transaction identifiers. Payment-card information may be handled directly by payment processors rather than stored by Interface Networld.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to provide and operate the services; authenticate accounts; store and retrieve projects; process user requests; generate, edit, and deliver content; maintain service reliability; prevent abuse and fraud; secure accounts and infrastructure; provide customer support; improve product performance and usability; comply with legal obligations; enforce applicable terms; and communicate about service updates or account activity.

3. AI and Generated Content

Some Interface Networld services may use artificial-intelligence systems to process prompts, uploaded content, scene data, media, or other inputs in order to generate or transform content. The particular processing performed depends on the feature used. We may use automated systems for safety, quality, abuse prevention, routing, generation, rendering, moderation, and diagnostics.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies for security, authentication, preferences, service operation, and—where enabled with appropriate consent—analytics or other optional functions. See our Cookie Policy and use the Cookie Settings control to manage optional categories.

5. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to infrastructure, hosting, security, analytics, communications, payment, or other service providers that process information for us; to collaborators when you intentionally use sharing features; in connection with a business transaction such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets; or when required to comply with law, legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or secure the services.

We do not sell personal information for money. If future services involve data practices that applicable law treats as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will provide any notice and choice required by law before using those practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining account and project history, meeting legal or accounting requirements, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type, product, account status, and legal requirement.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission, storage system, or security control can guarantee absolute security, and users are responsible for protecting their credentials and devices.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and the services available to you, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or to appeal certain privacy decisions. You may also control optional cookies through Cookie Settings.

To exercise a privacy right, use the contact method made available through InterfaceNetworld.com and identify the request as a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

9. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws. Where those laws apply, we will honor verified requests and provide any required opt-out mechanisms. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

10. Children

Interface Networld services are not directed to children under 13 unless a specific service expressly states otherwise and is operated with appropriate protections. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. International Use

If you access the services from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where Interface Networld or its service providers operate. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and this policy does not control independent third-party processing.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after an update is subject to the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
